All project deliverables must be submitted to the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development and the Bosbokrand Local Municipality in reproducible electronic formats, paper copies and GIS formats. The project deliverables, in all prescribed formats, will become and remain the property of the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development and the Bosbokrand Local Municipality.
PROJECT DURATION AND COST
The target dates for each milestone (as well as the associated deliverable) and the amount of financial compensation for the work performed is scheduled in Table 1 below:. Failure to do so will result in financial consequences for any delay or non-compliance with time and quality requirements. The service provider is obliged to report by making both paper and electronic copies.
Milestone reports will arrive at the DALRRD offices no later than five business days after each PSC meeting. These reports will account for 50% of the cost of each phase and failure to deliver will result in the automatic application of this penalty. The balance (5% retention) of the project cost will be paid only after all deliverables have been submitted.
